AnaBelle Elliott

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Texas State University this past May, with minors in Art History and Music. With a passion for storytelling and a tendency to uncover the story within the story, I bring a unique blend of creativity and analytical skills to my work.

I have hands-on experience in multimedia journalism, having covered politics on Capitol Hill in video format, written for the San Marcos Daily Record, and contributed to The University Star, Texas State’s paper. Currently, I work as the editor-in-chief of Her Campus Magazine at Texas State, leading a team of 10 writers for the international #1 women's college magazine, and recently I served as president of Texas State’s Society of Professional Journalists. Additionally, I interview different professors for the university’s podcast, and work both in front of and behind the camera daily for my marketing job.
